Annual Performance Review – Progress Through the Ranks

Are your goals mutually discussed and agreed upon? Is your supervisor using the appropriate terms to rate your annual performance review (see below)? Have you been given a reasonable and fair amount of time to respond to your supervisor’s comments? If not, your supervisor has not been following the directives assigned to librarians across our three campuses: Superior Performance,  Surpasses Expectations, Achieves Expectations, Below Expectations, Unsatisfactory Performance
