CAUT: UT and WUO contract with Access Copyright

Questions have been raised about the secrecy, scope, new terms and email surveillance of faculty around the recent Access Copyright Access Copyright – U of T – Fully Executed License – Jan 30 2012 signed by the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario and distributed to all UT librarians last week. The terms and scope have changed significantly since the last contract of 2004-2007. For further discussion see:
